Reservation Policies
Cancellations
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and we do not over-book, as large hotels do. You are guaranteed that a room will be available to you as long as you arrive on the first day of your reservation. A refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be made if a cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If a last-minute cancellation is necessary within 14 days of your scheduled arrival or if you do not cancel, and do not arrive on the scheduled date, or leave early, you will forfeit your deposit as this room was being held specifically for you.
Pets
The Arlington Inn has one dog, “Scout” who is a delight to all that meet him.
Smoking
There is no smoking at The Arlington Inn. There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in any accommodations.
Cleaning
Guests will be financially liable for damage or extraordinary cleaning in their rooms.
