Bennington Farmers Market

The Bennington Farmers Market provides guests with fresh and local produce throughout the entire year. You can expect local farms, baked goods, specialty and prepared foods, and even arts and crafts. Some of our favorite things to pick up at the market are fresh berries in the summer, raw honey, pasture-raised eggs, and homemade jams. The market is at 150 Depot Street and is open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Vermont Maple Open House Weekend

Vermont Maple Open House Weekend takes place at the end of March. It is during this weekend that many of the sugar houses open their doors to visitors. This sweet weekend event celebrates the first crop of the season and is a great time to get a taste of pure, Vermont maple syrup. Some popular treats to enjoy during this celebration include maple cocktails, syrup on snow cones, and even maple fennel sausage pizza. Yum!
