Rates subject to change.
DEPOSIT
We require an advance deposit equal to one
night's lodging. Deposits may be made by credit card or personal
check. Deposits made by personal check must be received by us
within 7 days.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
A refund of your deposit, less a $25.00
processing fee, will be made if a cancellation
is
received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled
arrival. If a last minute cancellation is
necessary
within 14 days of your scheduled arrival or if you do not cancel,
and do not
arrive on the scheduled date, or leave early,
you will forfeit your deposit as this room
was being held
specifically for you. Because of our small size, cancellations
affect us
significantly and we do not over-book, as large
hotels do. You are guaranteed that a
room will be
available to you as long as you arrive on the first day of
your reservation.
We do enforce our cancellation policy.
The only exceptions are if the airports you
are
traveling
through are closed or if state police along your driving route are
recommending
that people stay off the roads due to bad
weather. Otherwise, we expect you to honor
your reservation. If you are worried about having to cancel for
any reason, we recommend
you purchase travel insurance
through a third party for your own financial
protection.
NO SMOKING or
PETS
There
will be a $250 fee charged for a Professional
Deep Cleaning of the Room should this policy be violated.
RATES
Rates are based on Double Occupancy and
Include a Full Country Breakfast.
Each additional person
in a room is $20.00 per night, age 6 and
up.
All rates are subject to VT rooms and meals
tax.
