Experience and discover true Vermont with "Backroad Discovery Tours" You will get close up and personal with abandoned marble quarries, working farms, quaint one-of-a-kind hamlets, historic registered places , local artisans, an alpaca plantation and much much more. Since their unique touring vehicles are limited to 6 to 8 passengers, you will have a chance to ask questions of personal interest and take personal photo shots as well.
The following day, we'll set you off with a picnic basket and directions for a beautiful drive through the Green Mountains of the National Forest. There'll be plenty of great hiking spots along the way for you to enjoy if you wish, as well as great scenic views. Perhaps you'll picnic on a large sunny rock next to the Roaring Branch River or at Lake Shaftsbury with a quiet spot for you to gaze out over the calm reflective waters.

Fly Fishing Guide Package
Explore the tranquil streams, ponds, and the lush green forests of Vermont. Catch native trout in some of the states most pristine countryside. You will see some of New England's historic covered bridges and abundant wildlife while learning the techniques to successfully fly fish fresh water. Equipment provided for those who are not yet addicted.

| His father was born in a log cabin and called from the humblest rank in life to preside over our nation during the most momentous period of its history. One generation later, Robert Todd Lincoln, the only child of Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln to survive to adulthood, became Chairman of the Pullman Company, the largest manufacturing corporation at the turn of the 20th century. He built his Georgian Revival mansion in 1905 in the scenic village of Manchester. It became home to only Lincoln descendants until 1975, longer than any other Lincoln residence.
