Around The Inn
The Arlington Inn is made up of four buildings, our Barn, The Parsonage, The Carriage House, and The Main Inn all situated on 4 acres, of which two are perennial gardens with a gazebo and water feature.
The Restaurant at the Inn serves Dinner starting at 5:30 every night except Monday. We are open to the public as well as our lodging guests. The Deming tavern is a small front room with a fabulous porch and 4 rockers to enjoy cocktails before dinner.
Enjoy your complimentary country breakfast served to you each morning in a sunny and cheerful atmosphere. You can select anything from our fresh baked muffins, daily inspired omelets, pancakes, French toast, eggs cooked any style, applewood smoked bacon, homemade corned beef hash or country link sausage. We always serve authentic Vermont maple syrup and white cheddar cheese. Our bird feeders will provide morning entertainment while you enjoy your first cup of Green Mountain coffee.
Spring, summer and fall don't miss a chance to visit the gardens. Over the last 10 years Eric has doubled the size of his gardens. Touring the gardens you will find sunny perennial beds lining the picket fence and surrounding the Gazebo. Three raised beds line the north side with climbing lattice for the annual cutting garden. A picnic area is hidden in the back corner behind The Wedding Arbor, trailing with indigenous grape vines and climbing hydrangea. The East Berm frames the enire back of the gardens with a shade garden that leads up to the cool shaded bluestone patio and tiered beds behind the Barn.

"This was a first time visit to the Inn and it was a very memorable experience. The room & accommodations were comfortable & cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace. Our meals here outstanding!! Fantastic flavoring & portions were plentiful. The pork dish is one I will remember for some time. Delicious. We were here for the sleigh ride package & our ride was also a special memory. The horses were beautiful and the scenery breathtaking. If we decide to return to the area, we will definitely return to the inn. Thank you for everything! "Susan & Richard
